KATHUA, July 29: The Pathways International School, Kathua today inaugurated first of its kind and unique Montessori cum Activity Centre at the School premises.
The Montessori Cum Activity Centre has been established for the Pre Primary Section of the School. The Centre was inaugurated by the School Principal, Kunal Anand, in presence of students and Educators of the School. Montessori Cum Activity centre will be one of its kinds and first such activity centre to be introduced by any school across the State.
The Principal said that such unique Activity Centre is one of its kinds where the kids would be given hands-on trainings on various basic concepts of day to day life like water pouring from Jug into the glasses, pounding activity, person hygiene, basic table etiquettes, home and neighborhood cleanliness etc. The Activity centre will also house ball pools, sand pits, punching bowls, building block, ring ups, clay modeling etc. The Principal also emphasized that this Montessori Activity centre is a part and parcel of the school curriculum. The activities related to the same are well defined in our course book.
The Pathways International School, Kathua is one of its kind educational institutions, where holistic development of the child takes place. The School is spread across 30 kanals campus which makes it the largest school in Kathua.
