JAMMU, Nov 18: Baru Biradari organized an on the spot children painting competition in the memory of Eminent Artist Late Master Sansar Chand Baru at Raya Suchani here.
More than 100 children participated in the competition. The children were asked to draw painting on Swachh Bharat .
The artists and art promoter who were actively involved in holding this competition were Suresh Sharma, Anil Baru and Mohit Baru. While speaking on the occasion Anil Baru Coordinator of the competition said Baru Biradari is working with an objective to promote the great value of life, moral, affection, duties that are contain in various religions. He also said that to promote J&K Art and Culture and explore hidden talent among the children. Baru Biradari is going to hole many activities like Music Competition, Patriotic Song, Essay Competition on History of J&K on next year.
Later on Dev Raj Baru founder/Chairman, Rakesh Baru president, Shanh Saroop Baru, gen. secretary, gave away the prizes and certificates to the winners they also appreciated the art work done by the children.
