Over 700 students participate in District Jeet-Kune-Do event

ANANTNAG, May 7: Over 700 students, including girls participated in a three-day District Championship of Jeet-Kune-Do Martial Arts, here.
The District level tournament, which is a stepping stone for the players to participate in the upcoming State, national and international events was organised by District Anantnag Jeet-Kune-Do Association and Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Unified Martial Arts (South) at Oxford Presentation School, Anantnag.
Several top players, who have represented J&K and India at various national and international events, dazzled the audience with their entertaining demonstrations during the closing ceremony.
Deputy Commissioner of Anantnag, Khalid Jahangir was the chief guest on the occasion.
KHN CHN, Goodwill Associates, Vestige, Aarafh Enterprises, Mak Ply Board and Titans Sports Club Anantnag were the sponsors of the event.
