SRINAGAR, Dec 8: Novelty Football Club registered win over JK Sports Council (JKSC) Football Academy in the ongoing District Srinagar Premier League at Synthetic Turf Football Stadium, here.
Despite of heavy rain, both the teams play excellent football and in the end Novelty Football Club won the match by solitary goal.
In Kabaddi, three matches were played today at Indoor Hall Polo Ground. In the first match, Acme Sports Academy defeated Snow Poultry Kabaddi Club by 54:24 points, whereas in the second match Hussaine Sports Club beat Angles Mission Kabaddi Club by 35:20 points and in the third and last match of the day, Aakash Enterprises Kabaddi Club defeated Heaven look Kabaddi Club by 35:27 points.
Due to the unplayable ground conditions no matches were held in Hockey and Volleyball disciplines today.
The Premier League 2020 is the first of its kind being organized by J&K Sports Council in collaboration with respective sports associations.
