JAMMU, June 12: NGM College of Education, Dhinde, Miran Sahib on Thursday organized Prize Distribution Function in the College Auditorium, here today.
The Programme was inaugurated by the Managing Director, Ankush Mahajan.
The function started with Saraswati Vandana and was followed by group dances and solo dances performed by the students.
Prizes were distributed in different categories. Mandeep Kour and Rubia Begum were adjudged as most regular students for the session 2013-2014, while Ivrandeep Kour and Supriya were declared as best overall performers of the session. Arti Chib and Rasmeet Kour were declared as the best sportspersons of the session 2013-2014. All these candidates were awarded with certificates of appreciation by the Director of the College, B L Thusoo and medals by the Principal and Staff of the College.
Toppers of the College for the session 2013-14 were also invited specially by the Management of the College to award memento and certificate of appreciation.
Among the toppers, Mandakni was the first position holder, while Shalini was the 2nd position holder and Mukta was the 3rd position holder of the College in B Ed Course for the session 2012-13.
A special prize was given to Sunil Kumar for completing (Ph D) in Dogri by the Principal of the College, Manish Sood.
Managing Director of the College, Ankush Mahajan and Principal of the College, Manish Sood presented vote of thanks.
