Jammu, Oct 20: International Daily Rising School (IDRS) organized MUN event for two days, which concluded here today.
The delegates gave the exuberant performance during the debate session. The first day was full of enthusiasm and excitement. Many distinguished schools of Jammu participated in Model United Nations, which involves substantial researching, public speaking, debating and writing skills, as well as critical thinking, teamwork and leadership abilities. At the end of the conference outstanding delegates in each committee were recognized and was given an award certificate; the best delegate in each committee received a gavel.MUN had a grand closing ceremony presided by The Chief guest , Kavinder Gupta, Former Deputy CM of J&K and senior leader of BJP and by Special Guests – Davinder Goel, Renowned bussiness man, Arun-Senior teacher Jammu Sanskriti School, Kathua and Inderbir Singh,Computer Engineer . The event and efforts put in by IDRS Fraternity and erudite young minds conclave members were highly appreciated by the chief guest Kavinder Gupta.
The Chairperson of IDRS,-Supinder Kaur along with the Managing Director- Raghav Gupta, Director Academics -Dr Atul Hans appreciated the delegation for their success ,they also appreciated Erudite Young Minds Conclave mentors, Guneet Singh (Founder President), Padamja Sharma (Chief Advisior), Sahil Tandil (Secretary General) for showcasing such a remarkable event.The Conference was declared closed by Guneet singh(Founder President) followed by the vote of thanks by the Director Academics, Dr Atul Hans.
