JAMMU, Mar 26: MBS Business School, Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering and Technology, Digiana Jammu conducted a 2-day intra-college Management Fest (Aarambh–2014), which concluded here today.
The 2-day panorama of talent witnessed the gathering of budding technocrats and managers.
The event began with floral welcome of the dignitaries followed by lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
The welcome address was delivered by Harvinder Kour, HoD MBA Department.
The guest of honour, S Rangil Singh, chairman MBSCET in his address advised the students to explore their hidden values and discover the potential within them.
Prof (Dr) S K Badyal, Principal MBSCET , in his address encouraged the students to work hard and rise up to an international level in their endeavours. The other dignitaries present were S Lakhbir Singh Baba, Advisor MBSCET, former Principal/Director, Dr A S Sudan, Vice Principal, Prof Amrik Singh and Dean Academics Prof Parveen Singh along with the Heads of various Departments of MBSCET.
Alumini of MBA Deptt also graced the occasion.
The days events began with the business quiz–Inquisitive conducted by Mansi Gupta, Assistant Prof MBA Department which was followed by the other events including Dibattere, Chasse Au Trysor and Ad Mania coordinated by the students and faculty of MBA Department.
On the concluding day today, three events namely Recycle Bin, Dolce Dycor and Sandwich Making were conducted.
Later-on, the guests distributed prizes among the winners and the overall trophy was bagged by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MBSCET.
