JAMMU, Feb 26: Manmeet Singh has been re-elected as President and Harjit Singh as General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir State Kho- Kho Association.
In this regard, the election was held, in which all the members from different district associations and clubs of Jammu and Kashmir, which are registered with J&K State Kho Kho Association participated.
Before the election former President Manmeet Singh and general secretary Harjit Singh submitted their resignations which was accepted by the house.
Kuldeep Kumar Gupta nominated the name of Manmeet Singh for the post of President and MS Bawa proposed the name of Harjit Singh for the post of General Secretary which was unanimously approved by the house with one voice.
Further, the house authorized the newly elected President and General Secretary to constitute the body for the period 2018-22.
