JAMMU, Nov 13: Mandeep defeated Kanav in the finals of Jammu District Junior Billiards Championship, while Jaideep Mnocha, Sohail Khalid and Vishal made it to the semifinals of the Senior Billiards Championship, which are as part of the ongoing 23rd Jammu District Junior and Senior Billiards and Snooker Championship, being organized by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association at MA Stadium, here.
Earlier, in the Junior Billiards final, Mandeep got better of Kanav (3-0) by (52-22, 50-23, 53-46), while in the match of Senior Billiards Championship, Jaideep prevailed over Kashif (2-0) by (101-55, 100-64).
Meanwhile, in Junior Snooker at Srinagar, Atther prevailed over Fahad Idrees by (57-32, 63-14), Zohaib beat Tahleel by (62-32, 08-48, 53-24), Aamir toppled Nadeem by (71-32, 58-15), Yawar outplayed Zahid by (46-39, 55-47) and Faheem defeated Aqib by (31-51, 50-25, 57-19).
