Madina Alamdar FC beats Shaheen Academy by 4-0

SRINAGAR, July 28: Madina Alamdar FC defeated Shaheen Football Academy by 4 goals to nil in the ongoing Annual League Football Tournament in a match played at Synthetic Turf TRC, here today.
Madina Alamdar FC dominated the field and defeated Shaheen Football Academy by 4 goals to nil. Right from the start Alamdar FC played aggressive football and made a beautiful move in 26th minute of 1st half and scored a magnificent goal. The goal was scored by Younis and the team maintained a 1:0 lead till the first half.
In the 2nd half, Alamdar FC tried hard to double the lead and they succeeded in 48th minute through Younis, while in the 56th and 69th minutes Riza scored two back to back goals for Alamdar FC. In the dying moments of the match Alamdar missed two to three good chances to score but failed. Thus the match ended with 4:0.
The 2nd match was played between Nishat FC and Flying Kashmir FC. As the match started, forwards of both the teams started attacking other goalposts to seize an early initiative. In the first half, both teams attacked each others’ goalposts frequently, but the defence lines withheld the pressure and didn’t allow any goals to be scored. The 2nd half was a highly entertaining match as defence lines of both the teams attacked each other’s goal post from both the flanks. In the 65th minute, the Flying Kashmir FC got a chance to find the net through Tehseen and scored a beautiful goal.
The defence lines of Nishat FC were always under pressure and the final minutes of the match proved a real entertainment when the winning team was trying to protect their lead and the losing team was desperate to score. When the referee blew the final whistle, the score line read as 1:0 in favour of Flying Kashmir FC.
