SRINAGAR, Sept 5: Lone Star Kashmir Football Club defeated J&K SRTC by three goals to one (3-1) in the Khyber Super Division Big Premiere Football League, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association and sponsored by 92.7 Big FM and Amblin Events at Synthetic Football Turf, TRC here.
For Lone Star, Aqib scored the first goal in 8th minute and the team maintained this lead till the end of first half. In 2nd half, Sohail of Lone Star doubled the lead with another goal in 43rd minute., while in 54 mintue Jibran from J&K SRTC gave his team first breakthrough with a splendid goal, but Faizan from Lone Star KFC found the net and helped his team to win by (3-1). In tomorrow’s fixture, Kashmir United FC will take on Court Road FC at 3 pm, while Maharaja Sports wil lock horns with J&K Police XI at 5 pm.
