KATHUA, May 4: Kundan-XI Club Kathua registered win over Kathua Blues by 2 runs in the ongoing JKCA Tournament, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association at DPL, here.
Electing to bat first, Kundan-XI Club made 149 runs by losing 10 wickets in 25.5 overs. Jorawar Singh made 33 runs, while Shannu scored 23 runs.
For Kathua Blues side, Rohit Sharma scalped 4 wickets and Sanjay took 3 wickets.
In reply, Kathua Blues failed to chase the target and bundled out at 147 runs by losing all the wickets in 29 overs. Nihal was the top scorer with 27 runs, while Raj Kumar made 19 runs.
For Kundan-XI side, Deshu scalped 4 wickets, while Ismail and Vicky took 2 wickets each.
Dishu was adjudged as Man of the Match.
