JAMMU, Mar 8: Karate Association of J&K today elected District Jammu Body Urban wherein Kuljeet Singh Jamwal and Amit Singh were elected as president and general secretary of the Association, here today.
Vijay Anand, Arun Singh, Abhinav Sharma and Upinder Singh Sudan were announced vice-presidents while Vikas Dhar elected treasurer and Ankit Sharma and Manik Dhar have been announced joint secretaries of the Association.
Amit Singh, Vikas Dhar and Revati Nandan were announced chairman, president and general secretary respectively of referee commission, whereas Surjeet Dogra, Sahil Sagar and Tanmay Gupta and Harish Koushal were among sports commission and Ayushmaan Dass, Gurpreet Singh, Anshuman Sharma, Vijay Bakaya and Unique Khangwal were part of athlete commission besides Shagun Chib, Shreeya Labroo and Nandni Raina have been appointed president, general secretary and members of the women commission.
It was decided in a meeting which was organised under the banner of National Karate Federation.
