JAMMU, Aug 6: Senior vice-president of Gymnastics Federation of India, patron of Global Solace NGO and convenor of Vishwa Kashmiri Samaj, Kiran Wattal today inaugurated a sports event and handed over sports items to Youth Club of Jagti, Nagrota.
He expressed his pleasure to find that the youth who have initially managed this sort of event to introduce sports activities among youth and constructed such type of concrete Badminton Court at Jagti, that too without any sort of help from the Government. He assured the youth that he would take up their issues with concerned Advisor to Lieutenant Governor and the concerned officials.
Wattal appreciated the youth for taking such sports activities at Jagti Camp which will help to produce best sportsperson at both state and national level.
President of the Club, Sahil Pandita expressed his gratitude to Kiran Wattal for providing sports items.
Others who were part of the event included Pintoo, Pyare Lal Thusoo, Ajay Kumar, Surinder Bhat, Akshay Kumar, Rakesh Pandita and Pretisha Bhat.
