KCPS girls shine at KMS aquatic meet

JAMMU, Aug 3: Two girl students of KC Public School participated in the 2017 edition of the All India Annual Aquatic Meet hosted by Kolkata Military Station (KMS) recently and won awards in their preferred styles of swimming.
Saanvi Andotra of Class 8th specializing in free style of swimming stood 3rd in the 50-meter free style event in the Under-14 girls age group and brought home a trophy and participation certificate. Her younger sister Ahana Singh from the Junior Wing of the school also performed well and won 2nd position in the Under 10 girls category in a similar event.
Principal Amarendra Mishra and Headmistress Sofia Rana lauded the efforts of the children and their coach Babita Singh for their outstanding performance at the national level meet.
