JAMMU, Aug 24: Khalsa Cricket Club (KCC) trounced Trikuta Cricket Club (TCC) by 9 wickets and sailed into the next stage of the ongoing Satwari Premier League.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, TCC scored 64 runs in allotted 12 overs. Manna and Goldy were the main scorers with 28 and 18 runs respectively.
From KCC side, Kalu and Monu scalped four wickets each.
In reply, KCC chased the target and won the match by 9 wickets. Prithvi and Farooq made 38 and 16 runs respectively.
From TCC side, Manna was the lone wicket taker.
Kalu of KCC was adjudged as man of the match for his excellent bowling performance.
The match was officiated by Vicky and Puneet as umpires, while the scorecard was maintained by Akshay Singh.
