JAMMU, Jan 3: With a view to strengthen the fitness, he state-of-the-art Gym at KC Sports Club organized a ‘Dead Lift’ contest, here today.
29 players participated in the contest, which was held in the Air Conditioned Gym fully equipped with Cybex Machines imported from USA.
Vivek Singh was declared winner as he lifted 195 kg, while Yudhvir and Ajay Manhas lifted 180 kg and 175 kg respectively.
Vivek thus won gold, while Yudhvir and Ajay claimed silver and bronze respectively.
