JAMMU, July 26: KC Public School students and teachers donated Rs 1,19,300 to Helpage India in a special assembly held in the school, here this morning.
A group of students of Senior Secondary School presented a cheque to Sunita Santoshi, State Manager of Helpage India.
It is pertinent to mention here that the students and staff of Primary wing of the School had also donated a similar amount to the organization a few months back.
In her address, Mrs Santoshi expressed gratitude to the School for its concern and care to help needy and hapless.
School Director, Dr Ram Thakur felt ecstatic over the gesture of students and staff of the School.
