Kapotha Lions drub Bajalta Kings by 5 wkts

BAJALTA, Apr 5: Kapotha Lions today defeated Bajalta Kings in the Maruti Suzuki Nagrota Premier League Tournament, an initiative of MLA Devender Singh Rana.
Winning the toss at Bajalta play field in the Nagrota Assembly Constituency, Bajalta Kings decided to bat first and managed to score 128 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 14 overs.
In reply, Kapotha Lions managed to chase the target in 13.3 overs losing only 5 wickets in the process, thus won the match by 5 wickets.
Jeet Rana was declared as man of the match for his all-round performance. He scored unbeaten 30 runs and took 1 wicket.
The matches were officiated by Saleem-ur-Rehman and Sadiq Hussain Malik from the Department of Youth Services and Sports, J&K.
The matches are being played under the overall supervision of Faheem Tak, vice president Take-1 Channel and Kuldeep Singh Jamwal, Member Organizing Committee.
