JAMMU, June 18: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association is holding three-day selection trials to pick up the State team for the Women Senior National Championship to be held at Patna in Bihar from July 11 to 14.
The trials will be held at MA Stadium, here from June 22 to June 24 from 4 pm onwards on the given dates under the guidance of coaches and the selection penal of the Association, a handout issued here today informed.
The eligibility criteria in women’s section is below 75kg weight. All the players who are registered with Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India will only be allowed for the trial-cum-selection.
Those eligible women players have been advised to bring along four passport size photographs and passbook of the bank with IFS Code. The trials will be conducted under the supervision of Dharamjeet Singh and Manik Sharma (both NIS qualified coaches).
