JAMMU, Jan 28: The Fencing (Men & Women) team of University of Jammu today left for participation in the Inter-University Fencing Championship to be held at Punjabi University Patiala in Punjab from January 30 to February 2.
The team: Virsangram Singh (Captain), Saujanya Chib, Satish Kumar, Sushant Kumar, Javed Ahmed, Abhinav Pandotra, Dushyant Magotra, Mohd. Tariq, Javed Choudhary, Mohit Sharma, Adhirath Kesar, Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Shreya Chib and Akanksha Sabharwal.
Rashid Ahmed (International Fencer) and Bhushan Singh Slathia are accompanying the team as a Coach and Manager respectively.
Prof Dhian S Bhau, Director Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu interacted with the team members before their departure.
