JAMMU, June 28: J&K Sports Powerlifting Association is organising Junior State Bench-Press, Deadlift and Powerlifting Championship men and women (Equipted & Unequipted) on July 13, 2019 at Manhas Maha Sabha, Paloura, Jammu.
The championship is being held to pick the players for the upcoming Junior National Bench-Press, Deadlift and Powerlifting Championship men and women (Equipped & Unequipped) to be held at Begampur in Delhi from August 13 to 15, 2019.
The Association will also conduct the trials on the same day for the powerlifters of J&K to participate in World Bench-Press, Deadlift and Powerlifting Championship (Unequipped) to be held at Germany.
The Body weight will be taken on June 12, 2019 from 4 pm to 6 pm at BJD Friends Gym Paloura.
The decision of holding the trials was taken in a meeting of the Association chaired by Rajan Jain, General Secretary of the Association and was attended by all the executive members.
