JAMMU, Apr 5: JP World School organised ‘Alchemy Fest – 2026’, witnessing enthusiastic participation from more than 700 students, along with parents and members of the local community. The event stood out as a vibrant celebration of talent, creativity and sportsmanship, marking Jammu’s first-ever Open Day of its kind hosted by a school.
A wide range of activities, including cricket, taekwondo, speedball, basketball, rope skipping, creative writing, e-gaming, painting, judo, skating, solo dance, calligraphy, wushu and solo singing kept the atmosphere energetic and engaging throughout the day. The JP Pegasus Baby League for children below 10 years emerged as a major attraction, receiving an overwhelming response.
Munish Gupta, Vice President of the J&K Sports Speed Ball Association, attended as the guest of honour and appreciated the school’s efforts in promoting emerging sports. Bisham Batra, Director Batra Group and founder of JP Pegasus Football Academy, graced the occasion as the elite guest and lauded the initiative.
The fest was organised under the guidance of Chairperson Dr Panna Manhas Choudhary and Principal Aparana Kohli. The event concluded on a high note, promoting holistic development and nurturing young talent.
