JAMMU, June 10: Jourian Volleyball team defeated Phalanwala to lift the Volleyball final trophy, organised by District Police under Civic Action Programme (CAP) under the supervision of SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli at Akhnoor, here today.
SDM Akhnoor Akhil Sadhotra was chief guest of the final match. He appreciated the role of SHO Hilal Azhar for organizing the tournament and assured all possible help of administration in organising such events in future also.
SDPO Akhnoor, Varun Jandial while distributing the prizes among winning and runner-up teams appreciated the performance of various teams during the tournament and asked the youth to take part in sports activities regularly.
The tournament was organised under the guidance of SP Rural, Sanjay Sharma.
