JAMMU, June 6: Jodhamal Public School has been awarded with the Environment Award, organised by the J&K Department of Ecology and Environment to encourage the students to make efforts for cleanliness, encouraging plantations of the trees and flowers on the theme “Only One Earth’.
The award ceremony for the contest was held at SKICC, Srinagar, wherein a proud student of the School, Master Armaan Kansal received the award on behalf of his School from Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha.
Schools from all districts of J&K participated in the contest wherein around 1300 students from Jodhamal School participated in the contest under the guidance of their teachers and the CCA In-charges including Deepali Puri and Mubeen Butt.
