JAMMU, Oct 23: The team of Jodhamal Public School clinched first prize in the Sanskrit and Hindi Group Song Competition held under the Aegis of Bharat Vikas Parishad, here.
The team members were Nandini Kapoor, Jasmine, Aditya Narain, Ayush Pandita, Muskan Kaur, Mahinder Kaur, Mohit Sharma, Vinamar Jamwal and Bhaavan Dubey.
Children wearing colourful dresses of various school presented patriotic songs in Sanskrit and Hindi.
These budding singers would now participate at the State Level which is to be held on October 26, 2013.
The School Management and Principal Trilok Singh Bist felicitated the team which brought laurels under the guidance of Poonam Mahajan. M K Sahil and Principal Deepak Kumar lauded the efforts of students and the staff for clinching the trophies.
