Jodhamal organizes exhibition

JAMMU, Aug 13: Jodhamal Public School organized Magnifique Creation 23, an exhibition of projects in Science, Geography, Social Science and several other subjects.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the chief guest, S M Sahni, convener, INTACH, Jammu Chapter, and the guest of honour, Zaffar Ullah Khan, state coordinator, National Children Science Congress.
Some of these models included a working human heart, wireless charging, Newton’s Three Laws of Motion, water purification, steam engine, DC Generator, AC generator, alternate sources of energy showing hydro, windmill, electrolysis of water and solar energy, depicting Hydrogen to Helium, Model of a plant cell, working Volcanoes, Aero plane, Generation of Electricity using lemons, Seismographs, Smart City Projects, Drip Irrigation Systems, High Voltage Plasma Levitation, Tesla Coil, Salt Water Electricity, Thomson’s Experiment etc.
More than 300 projects, prepared by the students from Classes VII to XII, were displayed and demonstrated under the guidance of teachers. The teacher-mentors who guided and supported students were Aashima, Emon, Rimjhim and other members of the Science Department, Social Science Department and Art and Craft Department.
