JAMMUI, Feb 7: Prinkle Singh, ace tennis player of Jammu and Kashmir and trainee of CLTA Chandigarh won her 3rd consecutive National Series Road to Wimbledon singles title by upsetting top seed Under-14 category, Mahak Jain of Maharashtra at Delhi Lawn Tennis Association’s Khanna Stadium Africa avenue, New Delhi.
Prinkle won in straight sets by ( 6-4, 6-4).
Earlier, in the semifinal, Prinkle Singh defeated Muskan Gupta of Delhi by 6-2, 6-0, while in quarterfinal, Prinkle Singh defeated Shrey Gulia of Delhi in a tough contest by score 7-6, 6-1.
In doubles, Prinkle Singh and her partner Kritika Chabra of Maharashtra remained runners- up.
