CHANDERKOTE, Mar 15: The Jammu Kashmir Police organized a Debate Competition on the topic ‘Greater Police-Public Relation Will Make Crime Free Society’ under its Civic Action Programme at Government High School, here today.
As many as 12 students from Government High School,Chanderkote (GHSC), Government High School, Dhalwas (GHSD) and Kamal High School,Chanderkote (KHSC) participated in the Competition.
The chief guest on the occasion, Additional Superintendent of Police, Ramban, Mushtaq Choudhary gave away Rs.3000, Rs.2000 and Rs.1000 besides a memento each to Karnail Singh-9th class student of GHC, Muskan -8th class student of GHSD and Rajveer Singh-9th Class student of KHSC for standing first, second and third respectively.
The adjudicators of the event were Col (Retd) Lakhbir Singh, General Manager, Jai Prakash Associates Ltd Co and the Naib-Tehsildar, Chanderkote, Abdul Jabbar.
Headmaster, GHSC, Kishen Singh, SHO, Chanderkote, Inspector Daljeet Singh, teachers of all the three schools and the students of GHSC were present on the occasion.
