JAMMU, June 19: A general body meeting of J&K Olympic Association (JKOA) was held at Amar Singh Club wherein representatives of 20 Sports Associations participated, here today.
The meeting was held under chairmanship of Prof (Dr) Ashutosh Sharma, president JKOA in which various points were discussed including a run will be organised by the Association from Manda Chowk on June 23 and application form for the award of Rangil Singh will be circulated among all the Associations by the J&K Olympic Association.
It was also decided unanimously to organize UT Olympic Games in the disciplines likely to qualify for the national games as well as a committee of five members will be constituted to select the disciplines for UT Olympic Games.
