SRINAGAR, Nov 29: Jammu and Kashmir Football Association conducted election of all the district units of District Football Association (DFA) in Kashmir province and elected office bearers including presidents, secretaries and treasurers of their respective district units.
For Srinagar, BA Malik, Showkat Masoodi & Zahoor Ahmad Teli were elected as president, secretary and treasurer respectively, while for Pulwama, MD Mudasir Dar, Mudasir Majeed & Inayat Nazir elected for the top three posts and Showkat Pandith, Ab Rehman Dar and Sajad Ahmad Malik were appointed for Kulgam body, besides for Anantnag: Md. Amin Malik, Fayaz Ahmad Shah and Zubair Bashir were announced.
For Shopian: Bilal Ahmad Ganai, Mudasir Ahmad Dalal and Shahzad Ahmad Wani were elected as president, secretary and treasurer, while for Pattan, Gulzar Ahmad, John Mohammad and Md. Lateef Shah were nominated, for Hajin unit: Asim Aijaz, Zubair Ahmad Parray and Aijaz Parray were announced, for Kupwara: Imtiyaz Malik, Malik Shahnawaz and Mubashir Jabar were elected.
For Handwara, Firdous Ahmad Dar, Ubaid Majeed and Naseer Ahmad Najar were elected for the top three posts, while for Bandipora, Irshad Ahmad Wani, Farooq Ahmad Rather and Mudasir Ahmad, for Pampore, Gowher Ahmad Bhat, Zahid Shafi and Sajid Nazir, for Budgam, Tariq Ahmad Wani, Javed Ahmad Dar and Ishfaq Bashir.
For Ganderbal, Qayoom Ahmad Sheikh, Aijaz Ahmad Dar and Ghulam Jeelani Malik were announced, while for Rafiabad, Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Rizwan Qayoom and Muzamil Hameed Dar, for Baramulla, Altaf Hussain Dar, Towfeeq Ahmad Lone and Israr Ahmad, for Sopore: Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat, Noor Mohd Lone and Ghulam Mohd Dar were elected as president, secretary and treasurer respectively.
