JAMMU, Apr 12: J&K team, which participated in KAI Cadet Junior and Under-21 National Karate Championship at Guwahati Assam returned back to Jammu today.
One player of J&K team namely Musavir Ahmad Bhat has won Bronze medal in Cadet-70 kg individual Kumite, while other players gave tough competition to their opponents by winning one and two rounds.
Before participating in this championship, a camp was organized for the selected players, which helped the players a lot.
The screening of the team was conducted on April 2 at Indoor Complex MA Stadium Jammu, here.
Sunil Sharma President AKAJK, Rahil Gupta, Nazir Ahmad Bhat Vice President AKAJK and Advocate Vishal Sharma congratulated the team and hailed the efforts made by Ambedkar Gupta General Secretary AKAJK for the improvement of performance of the team.
