JAMMU, Sept 5: In a proud moment for the Indian Hawks Roller Skating Club (IHRSC), two of its most promising skaters, Adhira Kanotra and Adwait Sharma, delivered spectacular performances at the prestigious Legends Cup, earning well-deserved medals and bringing glory to UT and their club.
It is pertinent to mention here that the aforesaid coveted Championship was organized by Devaswom Sports Club affiliated by Uttar Pradesh Roller Skating Association at Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
The IHRSC skaters’ remarkable achievements have not only placed them in the spotlight but have also set a new benchmark for young skaters across the nation. Adhira, with her exceptional balance and technical precision and Adwait with his speed and agility competed fiercely against some of the best talents in the skating arena, emerging victorious and making the Indian Hawks Roller Skating Club immensely proud. Adhira won one silver and two bronze medals while Adwait claimed one bronze in their respective age categories in speed quad skating.
President IHRSC Ashok Gandotra (CE retd) praised the duo for their incredible accomplishments. “Adhira and Adwait have shown what true perseverance and passion can achieve. Their success at the Legends Cup is not just a win for them but for the entire roller skating community of J&K. They have made us all proud, and I am confident they will continue to excel in the sport, inspiring many others along the way,” he said.
