J&K holds formidable Delhi to draw

SRINAGAR, Jan 16: Strong Jammu and Kashmir boys football team in its 1st group match today held formidable Delhi to draw in the ongoing Under-17 Boys National Football Championship being held at Agartalla in Tripura.
The Jammu and Kashmir boys displayed extraordinary soccer skills and dominated both the halves to put pressure on Delhi team, but the team missed some close chances and the match finally ended in draw.
Jammu and Kashmir team will face West Bengal in the second match tomorrow morning, while it will play against Chattisgarh in the evening.
To qualify for the quarterfinals, Jammu and Kashmir team will have to win both the matches to be played tomorrow.
