Jammu Police organizes Hockey Tournament under CAP

JAMMU, Oct 27: In an effort to bridge the gap between Police & Public, a Hockey Tournament is being organized at High School, Simbal, Ward No. 1, Miran Sahib under the jurisdiction of P/S Miran Sahib by District Police Jammu under the aegis of of Civic Action Programme (CAP).
In order to provide a platform to the youth of the area to show their talents, in different capacities as well as sensitize them against the evil effects of the drugs and other criminal activities.
Today 4 matches were played in which MBS, Makhanpur Gujjran Hockey Club, Diamond Hockey Club, Young Star Hockey Club and Maharaja Ranjeet Singh Hockey Club played their respective matches.
The programme was organized under Civic Action Programme by District Police Jammu under the supervision of RC Kotwal, SP Hqrs Jammu and among others, Surinder Kumar Choudhary, SDPO RS Pura and Inspector Ravinder Rakwal, SHO P/S Miran Sahib were also present on the occasion.
