Jammu got walkover against Kashmir in Kabaddi Competition

JAMMU, Nov 8: Department of Youth Services and Sports, District Jammu hosted Inter Division State Level Kabaddi Competition for U-17 boys and girls and Inter District State Level Judo Competition for U-17 girls at MA Stadium here.
All the participants were blessed, for their best in the competitions by ZPEO Arnia Sat Paul and Vandhana Sharma, PEL Government HSS Rehal and other concerned officials of the Department.
In U-17 Judo, Aradhya of Jammu emerged as winner in U-36 Kg, whereas in 40 Kg, Mamta of Jammu bagged first prize and in 44 Kg, Khushi Thakur of Jammu secured first position.
In 48 Kg, Sehar of Jammu bagged first position, in 52 Kg, Julfar Bibi of Kathua emerged winner, in 57 Kg, Nirali Sharma of Jammu bagged first position, in 63 Kg, Angel Sharma of Jammu secured first position, in 70 Kg, Vishali Sharma of Jammu bagged first position and in above 70 Kg, Krinjal of Jammu clinched first position.
In Inter Division State Level Kabaddi Competition for U-17 boys and girls, Jammu Division gets walkover for the next top level of competition as Kashmir Division team did not report at the venue.
The Judo matches were officiated by Varinder Sharma, PET and Nitin Sharma, PET from Department of Youth Services and Sports, District Jammu.
