JAMMU, Nov 20: J&K defeated Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh trounced NCR team in the ongoing 18th Super Seven Cricket Championship, organised by J&K Super Seven Cricket Association at MA Stadium, here today.
Batting first, Rajasthan made 73 runs in the stipulated 7 overs, which was easily chased by J&K in 4.1 overs, while Madhya Pradesh drubbed NCR team. With these wins both the teams reached the semi finals round.
Senior BJP leader Naryan Singh was the chief guest of today’s match along with Jasvinder Koku.
It is pertinent to mention here that about various teams of different States including Odisha, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Vidharbha, Jharkhand, Bihar and Himachal Pradesh.
Secretary J&K Sports Council, Nuzhat Gull also visited the spot and congratulated the J&K team and others for reaching the semi-final round. The final match will be played tomorrow followed by prize distribution.
