JAMMU, Feb 19: Intra-zone Jammu-Samba Sports Festival, 2020 has entered third day.
In final match of Volleyball (W) Government PG College for Women, Gandhi Nagar defeated GCW Parade by 3-1 (26-24,09-25, 25-23, 25-17).
In Kabaddi(M), GGM Science College defeated GDC Akhnoor by 8 points. In third match, MAM college defeated GDC RS Pura by 43 points. In first semi-final match GDC Paloura won by 19 points from GDC Kunjwani while 2nd Semi-final MAM College won by 8 points from GGM Science College.
In Kho-Kho (M), GDC RS Pura won by 03 points from MAM College in first semi-final whereas GDC Jindrah won by 3 points from GGM Science College in the second semi final match of Kho-Kho.
In Sem- final match of Kho-Kho (W) Government PG College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu won the match from GCW Parade with difference of 2 seconds. In semi final-II GGM Science College won by 7 points from GDC Khour.
Dignateries who were present on the occasion are Dr Surinder Kumar (Convenor, Sports Committee), Prof BD Sehgal, Prof Sunil Dutt, Dr Davinder Kour, Prof Eisha Gohil, Dr Roopali Slathia, Physical Director, Raman Sharma, (Pharmacist), Incharges of various teams from different colleges and match officials.
