REASI, May 2: The Department of Youth Services and Sports, Zone Reasi, organized an Inter-School Zone Level U-17 Boys Tournament at BHSS Reasi, featuring competitions in Kho-Kho, Tug of War, Volleyball and Kabaddi. The event saw enthusiastic participation from over 368 students representing 16 schools, who showcased commendable talent and sportsmanship.
The tournament was held under the chairmanship of Tarsem Singh, DYSSO Reasi and was smoothly conducted with the assistance of officials deputed by the ZPEO Office, Reasi.
In-charge ZPEO Asha Devi interacted with the budding players, urging them to remain focused on their goals and to stay away from drugs and anti-social influences. In a display of strong performances, GHS Gran Brayotrain defeated Trikuta Shiksha Niketan HS Reasi in Kabaddi, while GHS Kambal Danga overcame HSS Baghdar in Volleyball. BHSS Reasi emerged victorious against Bharti Vidya Mandir Reasi in Tug of War, and GHS Nomain clinched a win over Bharti Vidya Mandir Reasi in Kho-Kho.
