JAMMU, May 10: The Inter-School Tournament of various zones of District Rajouri, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, under the overall supervision of DYSSO Rajouri, Mohd Ayaz Khan, concluded at Mini Sports Stadium Rajouri and Government Higher Secondary School Lambari, here today.
Earlier, at Mini Sports Stadium Rajouri, HS Rajdhani Thanamandi of Thanamandi zone emerged winner in kabaddi boys, while HS Dalogra of Doongi zone remained runners-up.
In kho-kho boys, HS Thandi Kassi of Rajouri zone defeated HS Sawani of Doongi zone to win the title trophy, while in volleyball boys, HS Sagote of Balijarallan zone prevailed over HS Rajdhani Thanamandi of Thanamandi zone in the final to win the title.
In handball boys, HS Kallar of Doongi zone got better of GGMS Mubarakpura in the final.
Meanwhile, at HSS Lambari, MS Nowshera defeated MS Patrara in kabaddi boys final, while in kho-kho boys summit clash, MS Laman defeated HS Tattapani to win the title.
HS Dharamsal prevailed over MS Kallal to win the volleyball boys title trophy.
The wrestling competition was also held during the 4-day tournament.
