JAMMU, May 10: Inter-School Speedball Championship was organized at Dogra Higher Secondary School, Shastri Nagar, here today.
The event, in which various Schools participated, was organized by the J&K Sports Speedball Association.
The participating Schools included KC Gurukul Public School, SD Tara Puri School, House Corp Co-perative School, JK Montessorie School, JP World School, St Pauls Convent School, Dogra Hr. Sec School, Lawrence Public School, GD Goenka School, Heritage School, Jodhamal Public School, BHMP School, Delhi Public School and Lord Mahavira School.
Rattan Lal Gupta, former MLC, patron of All J&K Mahajan Sabha was the chief guest while Prof Sanjeev Gupta, MD JK Montessorie School and Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, MD Dogra Hr. Sec School were the guests of honour.
Pushpinder Singh Charak, Youth leader, Surinder Singh Bunty, Youth leader National Conference, Pawan Kumar Nanda, media in-charge J&K Sports Speedball Association and organizing secretary, Sunny Nanda were also present on the occasion.
The gold medal winners included Kritika, Khushi, Riya, Shivali, Suhani, Riya Sharma, Atin Wazir, Anant Mishra, Amit Sharma, Zakir Ali, Adhiveer Sharma,Pratham, Pranay, Hakkam Singh Atul Sharma, Shivam Tikku, Manthan Pandoh, Rudresh, Prakash , Suksham, Tushar, Rhea Tikku, Gurmanjeet and Aryan Kangotra.
