Inter School Northern Command Cluster ‘A’ T20 Cricket Tourney concludes

JAMMU, May 7: Army Public School Rakhmuthi hosted an Inter-School Northern Command Cluster ‘A’ T-20 Cricket Tournament.  This event brought together five school teams from Northern Command Cluster A: APS Nagrota, APS Akhnoor, APS Udhampur, APS Dhar Road and APS Rakhmuthi.
The event was characterized by outstanding performances that exemplified sportsmanship. A captivating medley dance performance enchanted the audience, earning rousing applause from all. The grand opening ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chairman, APS Rakhmuthi, who officially inaugurated the event and encouraged the participants to uphold competitive spirit within the boundaries of fair play.
After a series of matches, the final match was contested between APS Dhar Road and APS Rakhmuthi. APS Dhar Road won the toss and chose to bat first. Throughout the match, players exhibited exceptional skills and determination, striving for victory.
APS Dhar Road emerged victorious in the final match, securing the win by 12 runs and clinching the title. Akhilesh Singh of APS Dhar Road earned the Man of the Match trophy for his outstanding performance.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the school Principal, Shaswati Ghosh, leaving lasting memories in the hearts of all present.
