JAMMU, Oct 10: Two day long Inter Hermann Gmeiner School Sports Meet concluded at SOS Hermann Gmeiner School here. Hermann Gmeiner School from Bhimtal, Varanasi, Faridabad, Bhuj, Bhopal, Anangpur, Pala Nuh and Jammu participated in the event.
On the occasion, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Chanchal Kour was the chief guest.
Principal RK Dhar presented the welcome address.
The different events included races, badminton, table tennis, long jump, high jump and chess for sub junior, junior and senior categories.
The overall trophy was won by HGS Jammu in sub junior and junior categories, whereas in senior category, HGS Faridabad emerged winner.
The whole event was coordinated by SK Wali and assisted by Sunita Raina, Dheeraj and Ashu Choudhary.
In the end, the vote of thanks was presented by SK Wali.
