JAMMU, Dec 24: IDPS Akhnoor celebrated its Annual Day with great pomp and show, near here today.
The chief guest of the event was Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP Jammu Poonch Constituency, while the guest of honour was Rajeev Sharma, former MLA Akhnoor and special guests were Shuminder Singh, MD IDPS Jammu, Swaran Singh MD IDPS Jammu, Vipan Kumar Sharma Principal DAV Akhnoor, ID Soni, Sanjay Principal IDPS Kathua and Seema Sambyal Principal Holly Presentation Kathua.
Principal IDPS Akhnoor Dr KC Singh Mehta presented the School report and highlighted various achievements.
The chief guest and guest of honour were received by Chairman Sat Pal Sharma, Dr Dheeraj Sharma MD, Principal and Vice Principal. The students presented an excellent show and got appreciation from parents and dignitaries, followed by the meritorious students in academics and sports were felicitated.
The best teacher awards were presented to Surinder Pal, Akansha Sharma, Akta Sharma and Harmeet Malhotra. The vote of thanks was presented by Vinay Khajuria.
