Himalayan Panthers lifts Ice Hockey Trophy

JAMMU, Feb 1: Himalayan Panthers lifted OPS Ice Hockey Trophy 2020 by defeating Goshan Red with 9-2 goals.
The championship was organised at Ice Hockey Rink, Bhimbat Drass in which nine teams participated. The hockey event was started on 27 January, 2020 and concluded today.
The final match played between Himalayan Panthers Bhimbat and Goshan Red. Brigade Commander Drass was the chief guest of the final occassion, besides him various Army and Civil officers BDC, Sarpanch and large gathering witnessed the event.
In his speech, the chief guest ensured more support in all field and said that the Army is trying to promote the Drass as winter destination.
He distributed prizes among winners, runners and others who performed well in sports, cultural and education field. The tournament was supported by Himalayan Sports and Cultural Development Organization Drass.
