JAMMU, Jan 22: Nisha Raina and Ekta Manhas who completed BAMS from Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) and secured first and second positions in final year respectively were awarded cash of Rs 15,000 and 10,000 in a programme ‘Jivaka and Ayurvisharda Award Distribution Programme’ organized by Himalayan Health Care, here.
Along with the award session the Manager Scientific Division- Dr CP Shukla and the Himalaya team discussed about their career opportunities after BAMS.
The Himalaya Health Care also gave a presentation about newly launched products.
The programme was organized with efforts of chairperson-Suman Sharma, Principal JIAR- Dr Raghuvir Singh, Vice Principal- Dr Nitin Mahajan.
Dr Nitin Mahajan applauded the meritorious students and encouraged all the students to work hard so as to excel in the Ayurveda field.
The programme concluded with vote of thanks by Principal JIAR- Dr Raghuvir Singh.
