JAMMU, Apr 21: Hero Club today blanked NGR by three goals to nil to sail into the next round of the ongoing Ist Arun Kumar Memorial Gold Cup Football Tournament, organised by Climrate Club at Mini Stadium, Parade, here.
All three goals came in second half of the play after both side remained offensive in the earlier part of the game looking for a breakthrough.
Lakshit Sharma struck twice netting the ball for back to back goals in the 41st and 48th minute. Raghav Gupta made it a big 3-0 win with a 59th minute goal.
Today’s match officiated by the technical penal comprising Rocky Sharma, Dheeraj, Dil Bahadur and Ricky Kumar.
In today’s match, president DFA Jammu, Sheikh Mehmood and former Joint Secretary of JKFA, Shiv Pal Sharma were special guests, who interacted with the teams.
This tournament is being held under the overall supervision of president Climrate Football Club, Ashutosh Sharma and organising secretary, Rakesh Khanna.
