JAMMU, May 8: Heritage School organised its annual career counselling fest for students of classes XI and XII, aimed at creating awareness about higher education opportunities, emerging career options and evolving industry demands.
The event provided students with guidance on skill-based learning and helped them explore academic pathways aligned with their interests and aptitude. Representatives from reputed Indian and international universities interacted with students through information and counselling desks, offering details about undergraduate programmes, admissions, scholarships and global career opportunities.
Prominent Indian universities participating in the fest included Bennett University, OP Jindal Global University, Ashoka University, GD Goenka University, Shiv Nadar University, World University of Design, Chitkara University, RV University Bengaluru, FLAME University and Indian School of Hospitality. International institutions included the University of Amsterdam, Victoria University and SP Jain Global University.
Experts conducted interactive sessions on admissions, scholarships, entrance examinations, profile building and emerging career trends. Students aspiring to study abroad were also guided on eligibility criteria, documentation, application procedures and placement opportunities.
