JAMMU, June 18: Three players and a Chief Coach of India from Jammu and Kashmir namely Kuldeep Handoo, Surya Bhanu Partap Singh and the duo of Naveed Farroq and Saleem are in the China for the foreign exposure training sanctioned by the Sports Authority of India (SAI) as preparation for the 18th Asian Games in Indonesia from August 18 to September 2, 2018 at Indonesia and 7th Junior World Wushu Championship in Brazil.
While Kuldeep Handoo and Surya Bhanu are in China from one month for the preparation of the 18th Asian, the duo of Naveed Farooq and Saleem are juniors and are in China from 15 days for the 7th Junior World Wushu Championship in Brazil.
The 14 members of senior team are in China and they will come back to India on 21st June for the final selection trial at SAI Bhopal on June 28 and 29, 2018.
The junior team will go back to India on June 25, 2018 for National Coaching Camp at SAI, Bhopal till July 7, 2018.
The team will participate in the 7th World Championship from July 9 to 16, 2018.
