JAMMU, Feb 11: Guru Nanak Public School Gole Gujral organised a week-long sports meet which culminated with prize distribution function at the school premises here today.
Managing Director of the School, Kanwarjit Singh Saini was the chief guest, who distributed prizes among the winners of various events amidst colourful cultural programme.
The activities included house wise competitions in the disciplines of Cricket, Kabaddi and Tug of War. Fun games for nursery to sixth standard students were also conducted involving young students in balloon race, frog race, three-legged race, spoon race and matka race.
Later, speaking to the gathering, the Principal appreciated the efforts of the students and the staff for making the event a grand successful.
